To the left of the Hanukkah and Purim windows is one for Passover, a spring festival that commemorates the story of The Exodus. Special symbolic foods are eaten such as matzah (unleavened bread). On a seder table, a large Elijah cup is filled with wine and a plate holds three of six symbolic items which includes a shank bone, roasted egg and lettuce. Not seen on this artwork's plate is the bitter herb, haroset (mixture of apples, -nuts and honey) and another green vegetable such as parsley.
